Terms & Conditions

By creating an account on 1NR, a service operated by 1NR, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and an Indian resident with a valid mobile number to use the Services. Business accounts additionally require valid registration documents and a current bank account in the business name.

2. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your MPIN, OTP codes, and the devices you log in from secure. We will never ask for your MPIN over phone, email or chat. Any transaction authenticated with your MPIN + OTP is treated as authorised by you.

3. KYC requirements

Transaction limits depend on your KYC tier:

• No KYC — limited to ₹500 / day, primarily for app exploration.
• eKYC — Aadhaar OTP verification; raises daily limit.
• Full KYC — Aadhaar + PAN + photo + address; full retail limit.
• Business KYC — GST + bank verify; commercial limits per contract.

We may suspend an account that fails KYC re-verification, or that triggers AML / fraud flags pending investigation.

4. Permitted use

You agree not to use the Services for any illegal activity, including but not limited to: money laundering, terror financing, purchase of prohibited goods, or transactions that violate RBI foreign exchange controls. We cooperate fully with law enforcement on such matters.

5. Fees & service charges

Applicable service charges and GST are shown before you confirm each transaction. Bank-transfer charges depend on rails (IMPS vs NEFT) and KYC tier. Mobile-recharge transactions are typically free to the customer. Commission structures are visible inside your dashboard.

6. Transaction reversals

Once a bank transfer is initiated and a vendor reference is issued, reversal is at the destination bank's discretion. For refund eligibility please see our Refund Policy.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the service charges you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms with prior notice. Material changes will be flagged in the dashboard before they take effect. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [PLACEHOLDER — city of registered office].
